Configure your digest, if you want one

Upcoming and Overdue Summary is a digest of what’s coming up or overdue across your workspace, and shows when the next digest is due. Switch on Receive digest, then set:
  • Frequency: daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
  • Timezone: your workspace’s timezone by default, or your own.
  • In-App, Email and Slack: where it arrives. In Slack, each item links back to Assuric.
  • My items and Workspace items: for Frameworks, Documents, Tasks and Checklists, choose Off, Overdue only or how far ahead to include, such as 2 months before for framework renewals.
Set the workspace default in Company set up: “Workspace default used for scheduling digests. People can override this in their notification settings.”

Setting it for the whole organisation

Organisation-wide notifications are a separate, admin-configured tab: Trust Page Requests and Incidents go to email addresses and Slack channels subscribed with a copied command.
What we recommendTurn on Slack for anything you’d have to remember to check, especially mentions and document review requests, as it reaches you where you’re probably already looking.
