The Meetings tab under Workspace Settings, with the Clinical Meeting Schedule and Clinical Plan Schedule dropdowns numbered 1 and 2 Choose how often you're reminded to review your Clinical Risk Management Plan (CRMP), a document kept in [Documents](/documents/key-capabilities), then save. The intervals are independent, and you can change both later. ## Interval options | Schedule | Options | Recommended | | - | - | - | | **Clinical Meeting Schedule** | *Every 3 months*, *6 months*, *Annually*, *24 months* | *Every 3 months* | | **Clinical Plan Schedule** | *Every 3 months*, *6 months*, *Annually*, *24 months* | *Annually* | **What we recommend** Match the *Clinical Plan Schedule* to how often your CRMP changes, not just the annual default: a fast-moving product can warrant a 3-month review, a stable one only annual. ## Related articles Where the Clinical Risk Management Plan itself lives, as a document.
